1 Corinthians 1
The Summer Olympics are almost over, and what an exciting time it has been! Every four years, we witness the best athletes from around the world compete on the biggest stage for the honor of being Olympic champions. One of the most unique aspects of the Olympics is that we get to see athletes who are rivals in their home countries come together to compete in the same uniform, united on the same team.
We, as the Church, have much to learn from this picture of unity! How beautiful it is when brothers and sisters put their differences aside and unite under a common banner. Join us this Sunday as we look at Chapter 1 of Paul’s letter to the Corinthian church and see what Scripture has to say about spiritual unity under Christ.
