We are getting close to our fourth anniversary at Briarcliff. When we started in the small store front at The Village of Briarcliff, we began to think about was was most important. We knew we could not do everything, so we laid out the most important initiatives for our church called the 5 G’s. They remain the five core values of our church. That is the focus of this series of messages, Five Briarcliff Prayers. Last week we rolled out the first installment of the 5 G’s, the Gospel (good news)–our past is forgiven, we have purpose in the present and we have the promise of eternal life in heaven. This Sunday we will investigate the second “G”, Growth. Life in Christ is to be a growing adventure of becoming all that God has made us to be. One of the greatest tragedies in life is to miss God’s purpose for us. Don’t miss this Sunday as we learn together about this great adventure.
