Next Gen Reopening

Next Generation
Reopening plan

Our Next Gen ministries are excited to announce that we will be reopening all ages of our Sunday morning classrooms on Sunday, October 4th.  For now, we will only be having the 10:45 AM service time. Since capacity is limited due to physical distancing, parents will need to register their Kids and/or Students by 9 AM Sunday morning.  Registration links can be found at the bottom of this page.

We've created the following video to give you a visual overview of our safety plan.  For more details, please review the information below the video.

With careful thought and based on the guidelines of government officials, the following plans will be in place:

masks

All leaders will wear a mask.

Children 3+ are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

hand sanitizer

Hand sanitizer will be available and required before entrance into rooms.

temperature checks

We ask that you conduct at-home screenings before coming to make sure you or anyone in your family are not showing any signs or symptoms for COVID-19.

All leaders, kids, and parents will have temperature checks before entering

Leaders who have been sick with any illness in the last 10 days, or live with someone who is ill,  will not be permitted to serve.

distancing

Room capacity will be limited to allow for physical distancing.

Kindergarten -5th grade will be expected to keep 6ft of distance from other children.

Babies through PreK will not be expected to keep distance. However, leaders will pay close attention to space and cleanliness.

All kids will be in their room for the entire time. They will not travel for combined storytime or activities as they have in the past.

cleaning

High touchpoints will be disinfected before and after class.

Toys will be disinfected after use.

registration

Registration is required and will close Sunday morning at 9 AM.

Room capacity will be limited to allow for physical distancing.  Unregistered kids will only be accepted if the room does not reach capacity during the registration process.

If you were unable to register or your child's room is full, families are always welcome to join us in the worship service.

If you have had prolonged contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we strongly encourage you to utilize our ONLINE KIDS WEEKLY LESSON PAGE for Babies-5th Grade.

food and drink

Snacks and drinks will not be served. Each child may bring their own labeled water bottle.

Infants and toddlers are welcome to bring labeled personal bottles/food, pacifier, and other needed items. Due to limited space, we will ask parents to keep large diaper bags with them.

Mothers room

The Mothers Room is available for nursing moms and is located within the preschool area.

The service is streamed into the room so you won’t miss out on the service.
