Greetings E-news Friends,

At this point in our study of Exodus, God’s people are holding on to his promises but remain slaves in Egypt. It is at this point God instructs the Hebrew people to commemorate their pending freedom with Passover -- a bloody, extended and specific practice. With seemingly so little in common with God’s people of that day, what is there for followers of Jesus to learn? How can an ancient ritual be life-changing for God’s people today? Join us Sunday as we unpack the gospel of God’s Passover.

The Lord’s Supper

Jesus instituted the Lord’s Supper at Passover. “On the night when he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took some bread and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces and said, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this to remember me.”

This Sunday will be a very meaningful time for the Lord’s Supper as we study about the first Passover and how it is connected to the gospel today.

Open House

The newly renovated area for Briarcliff Kids and Students provides a great space for more kids, more students and more volunteers. As you visit the area this Sunday, see the visuals of the gospel being taught, share with the teachers and kids, you will catch a glimpse of all of what God is doing!

Plan to linger after worship service and enjoy the refreshments and excitement of this growing ministry.
